Barbara Kimmel- Palmer


Barbara Kimmel-Palmer has been an exhibitor for eight years at the Art-A-Fair Festival located in Laguna Beach, California. She has been painting for 20 years, primarily in watercolor and oil. Studied watercolors with Helen Reed and oil painting with Sandra Bergeron, Marilyn Bendell and Ted Goerschner. Her work was reproduced through Leanin’ Tree and needlepoint reproduced through the Los Angeles Music Center. Has been teaching elementary school for 20 years and has excited her students about art and its many facets.

Her work can be seen the summer of 1997 at Art-A-Fair located at 777 Laguna Canyon Road, just south of the Sawdust Festival, in Laguna Beach, California. Open July through August. Sun-Thurs. 10A.M. to 8 P.M., Fri.-Sat. 10 A.M.-10 P.M.
